Mosiah Vae Taumoepeau has been remanded to the custody of the Utah County Jail with an order to Hold Without Bail. The charges range from Class B Misdemeanors to 3rd Degree Felonies.
The initial arrest was made on June 21st after the Utah County Sherrifs office was notified of a subject breaking in to a automobile. Mosiah Taumoepeau was taken into custody and arrested on June 21st. He was then charged with the following 25 charges.

A hearing was held on June 26th where an additional court date was set for July 11th. Taumoepeau has been assigned a public defender due to the fact the court has found him indigent and unable to afford legal council. Taumoepeau will be held at the Utah County Jail without bail until he appears remotely before Judge James Brady on the 11th.
