Eduardo Lopez was questioned by the Utah County Sheriff’s deputies on September 1st, 2022, in regards to a report of a man performing a lewd act on the busy Eagle Mountain street of Porters Crossing by the intersection of Golden Eagle road.
Court records show that charges were officially filed on Septer 2, 2022. A pretrial conference has been set for October 10, 2022. On September 9th the defendant entered a plea of Not Guilty on both charges of Lewdness.
