Pass Background Check of Principal Agents?
David Curneal is listed as the current registered owner according to the IRS, so I did a court check on that individual. Records do show that the registered owner David Curneal, and his wife Emilee Curneal have had some financial issues. There are several collection and garnishment judgments made on both individuals (documents are in the supporting section).
PASSED – David and Emilee do have several collection judgments against them, but there are no criminal cases in their history.
