Eagle Mountain Residents Sound Off On COVID-19 Vaccine

Utah State Government has made this statement about the COVID-19 Vaccine. “Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the state of Utah has been committed to providing Utahns with accurate, transparent, and up-to-date health information and recommendations so individuals can make informed decisions to protect their families, businesses, and our communities. Our goal is to keep Utahns safe, healthy, and working.” [SOURCE] There has been a lot of controversy about the COVID-19 virus. The current distribution plan for the COVID-19 vaccine is to be a “Phased Approach to Vaccination”.

“We want it to be easy for everyone to get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as large quantities are available. However, we will only have a limited supply of the vaccine at first. This means that policymakers must develop plans to make sure those who are most at-risk get the vaccine first, and that vaccines are distributed in a fair, ethical, and transparent way. The Utah Department of Health organized a workgroup made up of health professionals throughout the state (The Utah Prioritization Workgroup) to develop recommendations for how to prioritize vaccination groups on the state and local level. Their final recommendations, called Utah’s COVID-19 Vaccination Plan, are based on current information about COVID-19 vaccines, state and local data, vaccine storage capability of facilities, and guidance from the CDC and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). More vaccines will be available over the next few weeks and months. We will continue to provide additional updates about vaccine distribution information when more doses of the vaccine become available. [SOURCE]

The timeline will start in mid-December, “Healthcare personnel who work in high-risk environments from the hospitals in the state that provide care to the highest numbers of COVID-19 patients.” And by July the goal is to have all Utahans have access to the vaccine. I did a survey to see how Eagle Mountain and residents of the surrounding area feel about the COVID-19 vaccine. The survey shows that there are some mixed reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine. First, let’s start out with some demographic information on the survey. There were a total of 237 people that responded to the survey. Of those respondents, 230 said that they lived in the cities of either Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, or Cedar Fort.

232 people identified their biological sex. 141 (61%) were female and 91 (39%) were male.

Survey Results

I asked the following questions using a Likert Scale, where the users is asked to use a 5 level scale. The scale is as follows: At the end of the essay, I did a question to allow residents to leave a comment or additional information if they felt it was necessary. 50+ respondents left comments. Some of them ranged from a simple “No” answer to several paragraphs. I have included the comments that I felt contained information that should be shared. Note, these are not my opinion, they are the opinions of residents that filled out the survey. At the bottom of this document, I have included an export of all of these comments. I’m against vaccines. Most articles are saying it safe of course. Listing simplified ingredients promising they are safe. Media isn’t going to tell the truth. There is a bigger agenda and unfortunately many think they are doing the right thing and are well intentioned. I fail to see how anything can be properly tested in such a short amount of time. I believe a lot of my kids allergies stem from vaccines they received before I learned more. I can’t understand why more emphasis isn’t on building our immune systems by eating healthy and taking care of ourselves. I don’t see covid as that bad of an illness. The numbers don’t add up. I believe it’s a way to have the masses vaccinated. There are so many conspiracy theories right now, but I do know that Satan is in everything, our food, our medicine our media and more… There has never been a push to vaccinate the whole planet like there is right now. I have researched in depth the ingredients in not only this vaccine, but many others. After being promoted not to continue with my youngest daughters vaccine when she was 2. I never questioned the schedule or my pediatrician with any of my other children. I received yearly flu shots and a whooping cough shot during my pregnancies. But then I had such a strong feeling to not continue. Shortly after this my husband came and asked me to please research the ingredients in the vaccines before taking my daughter to her next check up. We hadn’t discussed this prior. He had a gut feeling to stop as well. When I looked into the different ingredients found on the cdc website (they arent easy to find) and looked each one up individually what I discovered led me down a rabbit hole…the cell lines that are used to culture many of the vaccines are from aborted fetuses and animal parts. (Easily found on Google is the info that the fetal cells were from a fetus aborted in the 60’s or something, but I found a recorded interview/deposition with Dr Stanley Plotkin who was one if the Drs doing research on cell lines and vaccines. In his interview he said he could not remember the number of aborted fetuses that have been used and are still used today. Look into wi-38 and mrc-5 cell lines. )As I researched ingestion vs injection and realized that vaccines bypass our bodies natural defenses and that adjuvants such as aluminum and mercury were used to initiate a immune respose in our bodies are toxic to many. Depending on genetics many people will not be able to detox and will have reactions. These can be anaphylactic immediately, or more common are side effects that may show up months or years later.-autoimmune, allergies, SIDS and yes autism. The Mthfr gene is very common in almost 50% of the population. People with this gene struggle with producing glutathione and the processes of a normal bodies ability to detox. I had my daughter tested and she has this gene) I do not believe vaccines are a one size fits all. In 1986 Congress passed a law that says the vaccine manufacturers can not be held liable for vaccine injury. Manufacturers were being sued constantly from people who had reactions. The government set up VAERS. The vaccine adverse reaction reporting system and through it pays out millions annually to vaccine injured. It’s hard to get your case heard so the numbers would be so much higher if more people were aware. So I could go on for days with this subject. It’s so very heated and covered up. The flu vaccine has never been effective. So I don’t know how in less than a year a covid vaccine could be somehow miraculously created. As I’ve learned about it it has terrified me. it has something called RNA which has never been tested before. Look into it. A recent article talked about how it will most likely cause infertility in many. Im not going into that here…I know there is an agenda with vaccinating the whole world and I believe it’s for depopulation, New World Order? Sounds crazy I know. Some are actually calling this vaccine the mark of the beast because it’s reported that a microchip will be injected that can track the population. Again, I’m not crazy. So I will absolutely not be getting the vaccine. I have an immune system and I trust my body. The Lord put all good foods and herbs on this planet to heal is from anything. I take care to eat healthy, avoid GMO and prepare my food with gratitude each day. I’m dumbfounded that the everyone is acting like a vaccine is the only answer to this illness….People have lost their minds with the Fear. We know where fear cones from. I also believe that when it is a person’s time, they cannot run from death. If it happens to be from covid, then it was their appointed time. I always tell people to just do your own research. We have been indoctrinated in our western medicine culture to believe everything we are told by the media and that drugs are the only answer. It’s been hard for me to hear even our beloved church leaders talk about the vaccine. I love these men and understand their only goal is getting people to come to Christ. If theyve never questioned and asked for personal revelation on that subject then they wouldnt be aware. Although I would think they should see what’s going on… I also believe that if forced to get the vaccine I have faith that whatever happens is part of the plan. I hope to have enough faith that I will not be affected. I’m glad I have studied about how to care for my body and how to detox harmful substances. No vaccines for me.

I am a healthcare worker. I am fairly certain they will force us to get the vaccine, and I will do it without too much fuss and hope and pray there are no side effects. I don’t agree with people being forced to get the vaccine. I think it will cause huge issues. Let people make their own choices. If they want the chance of getting sick and dying, that is their prerogative. By the time the vaccine makes it to the public, many people will have already received it and proven it’s not a big deal, or they will have crippled the healthcare industry with it. So….

I plan to get it once there’s more information and data and once those most vulnerable have received it. I don’t really support any government mandate but I do wish people better understood vaccines and would get it. I am not sure if it will eliminate COVID 19 as what I’ve read shows only short term immunity to the virus but I’m hopeful it will slow the spread and minimize the symptoms so we can get back to life

The Government does not have the moral right to mandate a vaccine. They do not, on a ethical level have the right or responsibility to make that kind of health decision for every individual. It should be up to the individual and their doctor to explore the benefits and risks associated with a vaccine. Every individual should be able to determine if the benefits outweigh the risks of any medicine that will be administered to them. Furthermore, why would you mandate a vaccine for a virus that has a 99.6% survival rate? Are you also aware that everyone involved in developing, distributing and administering a vaccine have been granted immunity for any liability from any adverse side affects that may arise from the vaccine? With no accountability how can you trust that the best interest of all are being considered? Also one of the mantra of the Pandemic has been, “If it only saves one life.” Using that same bar for the vaccine would mean that the vaccine would have to be 100% effective with no side affects, because if you lose even one life due to a complication, then the vaccine is just as bad as the virus. This death however would have been preventable.

Yes- no answers are difficult- too black and white. I do believe all health care workers should be required to take the vaccine just like they take flu shots yearly. I’ve always been required to and it’s never bothered me. If you work with vulnerable populations you should have the vaccine. With all vaccines there are anti-vaccine supporters. They are the ones who deal with the measles outbreaks etc. It’s their choice. Let’s not overwhelm out health care system if we can protect it.

These questions seem very superficial considering a complex and nuanced issue. I hope it yields a meaningful insight.

I’m not sure who this survey is for or the purpose of it, but I’d hope that you’d make it clear it’s essentially a self-selecting poll and nothing more representative than that.

Interesting survey. It seems to be really about mandates more than anything rather than focused on more of the nuances of taking the vaccine. It’s pretty obvious what political angle you are aiming for.
