Stephanie Grisius and Tom Westmoreland have been on the City Council together for almost two years. I have gone through the City Council minutes from the time Stephanie joined the council to now. I am listing the items that Stephanie and Tom voted differently on, what the vote was, and details on the item. Lets see what items they voted differently on during their shared time on the City Council.
Again, I am only listing times when they voted differently on items. Tom was sworn into the City Council January 2014 and Stephanie was sworn into the City Council in January 2016. Each council member was elected for a term of 4 years. Tom’s term will end December 2017, and Stephanie’s will end Dec 2019. The first City Council meeting both were in attendance at was held on January 5, 2016. No dissenting votes is noted when Tom and Stephanie vote the same on all agenda items.

January 5, 2016 Board Appointment of Mike Owens to the Planning Commission for a term of 2 years. Westmoreland Aye, Gricius Nay (4:1 Vote) Approve a Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah amending the Porter’s Crossing Town Center Master Development Agreement, amending paragraph 7.2 to say the developer shall install the portion of the St. Andrews Drive extension outside of the project in conjunction with building pod 14, and allowing the City Attorney and Planning Director to make non-substantive changes to the agreement. I have reviewed the video on this vote, and indeed Westmoreland said Nay with Bradley.
