As part of the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center, the City Council has approved the building of a Wendy’s restaurant in the City Center area of Eagle Mountain. The Wendy’s restaurant will be across Pony Express Parkway from the City Hall Building.
Commercial Developments
Not only is the Wendy’s Restaurant approved in this area but a new Maverk gas station is underway at the corner of Eagle Mountain Blvd and Pony Express Parkway. It will be directly across Eagle Mountain Blvd from the current City Center Chevron Holiday Oil station. Both of these businesses will be around the new Maceys Grocery Store that is slated to open in the next few months. Here is a current list of what businesses have signed will be in that area.

The following developments are being reviewed by the city at the current time, but have not been approved by the City Council according to the Eagle Mountain Utah city website.
- Mae Land
200+ lot subdivision along Pone Express Parkway located in City Center - Parkway Fields (Founders Square)
67.44 acres containing 211 lots located along Pony Express Parkway and Tiffany Way in City Center - Eagle Quest East
163.211 acres containing 424 lots. This subdivision does not currently have any roads that lead to it. But it will be along Air Port road and Aviator Avenue. This subdivision will be just west of the few houses on the dirt part of Lake Mountain Road. - Brown’s Meadows
45.133 acres that will contain 38 lots. This development will be located off of SR-73 South of Stage Coach Drive - Eagle Heights Village
This is a continuation and change of a current development that is located along Lake Mountain Road and Eagle Mountain Blvd in the City Center area of Eagle Mountain.
