EAGLE MOUNTAIN – During the upcoming February 15th, 2022 City Council meeting there will be several new commercial developments proposed in the City Center area of Eagle Mountain. The Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center will have the site plan for a Wendy’s restaurant as well as additional retail pad with a drive thru location.
The first improvement is lot 11, and is located at the intersection of Pony Express parkway and Raven Way, or the North East corner of the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain.
The project includes a building that is 8,100 Sq Feet. That includes a 2,342 sq foot drive thru business as well as 5,785 sq feet of generic retail space.
The City Council will also make a decision on a proposed Wendy’s location as well.
Wendy’s will be located on the East side of the Marketplace and will be accessible from Pony Express Parkway.
