During the course of 2020 the City Council approved several new construction sites and commercial developments. Below is a list of the approved Plats (a plan, map, or chart of a piece of land with actual or proposed features (such as lots)) and the number of units that are now vested in the city. Below is a list of those items.

174 Lots – 58.22 acres
98 single-family lots, 85 garden/senior living lots

Site Plan – Parkway Crossroads
Change to the Crossroads Plat A – 2007
Parkway Crossroads is a mixed-use commercial project located at the southeast corner of Ranches Parkway and Pony Express Parkway. The proposed site plan covers lots three and four of the existing Parkway Crossroads plat.

Holiday Oil Sunset Drive – Preliminary Plat & Site Plan
1.92 acres in size, includes store, gas pumps and a car wash.

J & J Ranches – Preliminary Plat
Create Two lots on 13 acres in the Pole Canyon Area. The area is 13 acres in size.

Hidden Hollow Phase B Amended Site Plan
17 Single-Family Lots, 54 townhouses for a total of 71 lots/units
Included changes to the trail head, bathroom, and amenities behind the townhouses.
SilverLake South 21 & 24 Site Plan
Plat 21 – 27 Single Family Lots and 32 town home units (59 total lots/units)
Plat 24 – 39 Single Family lots and 33 town home units (72 total lots/units)


Ranches Golf Course Event Barn
October 18, 2018 City Council approved 27 residential units, this is the approval for the Event Barn Site Plan

Sage Park Business Center Development Agreement
Changes included Collector Road Dedication as well as Commercial Storage Access Road. The project is located on the north end of Sage Park, on the east side of Eagle Mountain Boulevard.


Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center

Butterfield Annexation
City annexed 204 acres adjacent to the Arrival subdivision. 22 acres of the property is intended to be developed.

SilverLake Plat 28 Site Plan
Plat consists of 10 single family lots and 64 townhouse lots for a total of 74 lots/unit


C Jay Properties Building Site
.81 acres on the south side of Campus Drive. Includes a single story 8,165 square foot building at the rear of the property and 32 new parking spaces

Overland Village Two
Contains 692 lots/units with 222 of them being multi-family and 39 being an active adult community. Includes HOA maintained open space as well as a 3.26 acre City owned park.

Silver Fox Cascade
6.3 acres for 4 development parcels, including Lot 1 which is for Cascade Collision Auto Repair with a two-story 19,000 square foot building and parking. It is located on the southwest corner of E Pony Express Parkway and N Porter’s Crossing parkway.
