EM Ranches To See Additional Office Space
During the July 18th City Council meeting, the city council vote unanimously to approve the Pony Express Plaza. Pony Express plaza will be located on the North/West corner of Ranches Parkway and Pony Express Parkway, across the street from the Chevron. It will be a 15,701 SQ foot professional office development. The development will have two entrances, one off of Pony Express Parkway, and the second one will connect to Ridge Loop. The development was proposed by Thrive Development. The development will be broken up into five separate suites, with parking located to the North and West of the buildings.
The developer also agreed to do the landscaping on the City Owned property between the new development at the path along Pony Express Parkway. The developer will be given an impact fee waiver of up to $40,000 for landscaping the city owned property. The developer will also need to disconnect the irrigation from the irrigation currently maintained by the city, it will then be on its own irrigation system. The developer will also be required to keep the landscaping maintained in that area. The city will put this agreement on the property so that if the property is sold the landscaping will be required to be maintained by the new property owners.
