To help keep local governments transparent, the State requires all city government employees have their salary reported to the state every year. The 2020 numbers for Eagle Mountain are in and Eagle Mountain City spent $6,691,792.48 on employee compensation. I have listed all of the Eagle Mountain City employee’s salaries below. who recently left City employment for a different opportunity). The number two highest compensated employee was
Jerome, Paul A. $149,709.11 who is currently the City Manager. The top 5 is finished with
Trusty, Christopher T $147,851.12 the City’s Engineer,
Mumford, Stephen M. $140,016.13 the City’s Assistant City Administrator and Community Development Director followed by
Hickman, Bradley B. at $123,167.51 for being the City’s Parks and Recreation Directory. The average compensation of Eagle Mountain City Employees comes in at $36,971.23 (this also includes all part-time employees), with an average regular pay amount of $21,608.71.
