With the announcement of Macey’s Grocery store as well as Ace Hardware opening in Fall of 2021 at the Eagle Mountain Town Center Marketplace, other companies have started to show interest.
“Macey’s has announced a new location in Eagle Mountain, to be located in the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center development at the northwest corner of Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Blvd. The new Macey’s store is projected to be 58,878 square feet and is planned to open near the end of 2021. The store will offer a large assortment of produce, a fresh-cut meat department, a delicatessen with grab-and-go meals, a community pharmacy with a drive-through, a bakery with Macey’s doughnuts and Kong Kone®s. Dairy Queen and Ace Hardware will be located adjacent to the store.”

Would love another update on this project to see if its still on track for opening before the end of 2021. Seems like it might be delayed based on current activity at the site.
